Shipping & Returns
Shipping Information
We ship online orders once a week. The next shipment date and the deadline for ordering is posted at the very top of the homepage. If you miss the deadline, we will send your order with the following week’s shipment.
All online orders are shipped in either large foam coolers or mylar bags, depending on your distance from our warehouse. We ship via FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Business only.
Once FedEx has received your order, they will email you a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder for this email.
No Returns or Exchanges
We ship frozen grape must and grape juice that must be put into a fermentation upon delivery. Because of the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Please be sure when you place an order that you will be ready to start your grapes on a wine or beer fermentation upon receipt.
If you have placed an order and it has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel your order or postpone your shipment date. Just shoot us an email at andrew@winegrapesdirect.com to let us know if you need assistance.
